Description
In this era of increasing VOC regulation,
waterborne systems are emerging as an
important force for the future. The Glasurit
90-Line system employs waterborne technology
while maintaining superb metal control,
sprayability, durability and technical performance,
thus providing an environmentally sound metallic
basecoat system with superior quality.
This one-day course helps collision repair
facilities to position themselves for the future
by providing an introduction to the features of,
and application techniques used for, the Glasurit
90-Line waterborne system. Participants receive
a complete overview of the entire 90-Line system
with both classroom instruction and product
demonstrations.
Performance Objectives
This program will enable participants to:
- Identify the components of the 90-Line system
- Properly prepare a vehicle for refinishing with approved Glasurit products and procedures
- Produce finishes with maximum adhesion and durability by knowing how to properly mix and apply Glasurit 90-Line materials
- Achieve undetectable repairs using Glasurit 90-Line products and proven blending techniques
- Consistently and efficiently produce high quality repairs with the Glasurit 90-Line waterborne refinishing system
Target Audience
Refinish painters who desire to know how to use the Glasurit 90-Line refinishing system; shop
managers and decision-makers who wish to become more familiar with waterborne technology; and
jobber personnel who need to be fully aware of 90-Line products, features, and performance.
